Winery Description

Planted in 2003, Timmerman Vineyards is located on a small family farm in southeast South Dakota. What started as the desire to raise vines and see the fulfillment of harvesting grapes has turned into an exploration of wine development. Each year all seven varieties of grapes on Timmerman Vineyards are pruned and trained in the hopes of raising grapes with abundant flavor. With the help of family and friends, grapes are harvested in early fall, and the fermenting process begins.
